What is the difference between Premium and Rent?

Premium gives unlimited access to all premium content while your plan is active. Rent unlocks a single title for the stated number of hours (usually 48–72h).

Can I download videos?

Download is available in the mobile app for supported titles and qualities ÔÇö look for the download icon on the details page.

How many devices can I use?

Your account supports up to 4 profiles and 3 simultaneous streams depending on your plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to My Subscription and tap Cancel ÔÇö access continues until the end of the paid period.

How do I become a creator?

Open the Become a Creator page, submit your application, and start uploading once approved. Approval usually takes 2–3 business days.
