By accessing or using Aplixx you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• One account may create up to 4 watching profiles.

2. Subscriptions & Rentals

• Paid plans renew until cancelled. Rental access expires after the stated duration (usually 48–168 hours).
• Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
• Promotional pricing applies only to the first billing period unless stated otherwise.

3. Acceptable Use

• Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing only.
• You may not copy, redistribute, screen-record for redistribution, or share accounts outside your household.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing or harmful content leads to immediate removal and account termination.

4. Availability

We aim for uninterrupted service but may pause for maintenance or upgrades. Content availability can change as licenses expire.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
